Registration Discounts

The following discounts may apply to your registration fee. Best of all, many of these discounts are cumulative: you can combine (1) a standard Learning Guild membership discount, (2) one Organizational discount, and (3) a Group discount for substantial savings.

If you are a Learning Guild member, make sure you are logged in when you register online so our system will calculate your final fee, factoring in your discounts! You can log in at the top of the registration form.

  • Guild members get a $100 discount on their conference registration

Organizational Discounts

Organizational discounts only apply to your Learning Conference registration. To validate your registration at any of the following special discounted rates, you MUST provide documentation of your organization’s status and your full-time employment with that organization.   • Nonprofit, Government, or Academic Discount—$50 Discount if you are employed by any nonprofit, government or military, or accredited academic organization

Student Discount

Current full-time students at any accredited university are eligible for a discounted registration rate of $250. To receive the discounted rate, you MUST validate your registration by providing documentation of your current, full-time, student enrollment status. Special Rate for those Impacted by COVID-19

We understand that many people have lost their jobs due to the COVID-19 crisis. We are making a special full-conference rate available on an exception basis to assist those affected by this crisis.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All requests to cancel or transfer attendee registrations must be submitted in writing and can be emailed to or faxed to +1.707.566.8963. Substitutions can be made at any time prior to November 12, 2021. Please call +1.707.566.8990 to arrange a substitution.

For Learning 2021 Online registrations received prior to the close of business on November 12, 2021:

  • No refunds will be issued
  • Substitutions may be made to another person

For online conference cancellations received after November 12, 2021:

  • No refunds or substitutions will be issued.

Note: Registration cannot be transferred to another event more than once.
