151 Cultivating a Learning Culture During a Pandemic

1:00 PM - 1:45 PM PT
Monday, November 15

When COVID-19 upended the in-person learning model at a North American supply-chain organization, the response was to cultivate a learning culture that took teamwork to a whole new level. We will examine the importance of shifting to a model where team members suggest, produce, and deliver learning solutions in a true partnership with the Learning and Development team. And we will explore methods of engaging learners, from simple virtual informal learning sessions to an employee rotation program that allows employees to experience other departments, learn, and even assist in continuous improvement efforts.

In this session, you will learn:

  • New ways to leverage your audience and business partners to design and deliver learning solutions
  • How a well-designed high-level experience enriches the learning culture
  • Why your learning ecosystem is the key to a great learning culture
