8:00 AM - 8:45 AM PT
Thursday, November 18
When Colgate-Palmolive sought to improve support for operators on the plant floor, they turned to a workflow learning solution from Xprtise. Learn from us how we introduced the 5 Moments of Need methodology across a global plant network over four years. This session explores the positive results, from reducing operator search times from minutes to less than thirty seconds; a significant reduction in onboarding training time; and easier, more integrated IT support of workers. We’ll share our approach and best practices we’ve gleaned from this experience.
In this session, you will learn:
- How and why to contextualize existing training resources and train only on what is truly critical
- Techniques for promoting social discourse, collaborative learning, and real-time feedback
- The importance of connecting learning to company’s key performance indicators
