The key to proactively identifying and getting ahead of problems and spotting learning needs is tapping into internal data. HRIS platforms, IT ticketing systems, and KPI dashboards are all treasure troves of data. This session explores provide concepts and ideas the attendees can implement immediately to establish a more active and data-informed team by reading and interpreting that data. You’ll walk away with the knowledge to build a learning strategy based on data and the ability to identify internal data sources to leverage to drive learning strategies and opportunities.
