222 Re-envision Your Learning Strategy to Focus on Performance
9:00 AM - 9:45 AM PT
Tuesday, November 16
Organizations continue to invest time and funds into training their workforce about what they need to know rather than focusing on performance and what they need to do. Now is the time to re-envision learning and target performance to achieve business impact. Conduent will share our experiences using the right learning strategy, methodology, and technology to implement workflow learning as a successful performance-focused approach.
This strategy uses technology-enabled performance support to provide the right information at the right time—while workers are in the flow of work. The resulting solution accelerates time to proficiency, reduces time spent in formal training away from work, and increases worker confidence to perform.
In this session, you will learn:
- How you can better enable your workforce to perform
- Why a strategic approach to learning that balances targeted training and digital performance support makes sense
- Why your learners will thank you
